Start a discussion in your community
Post a question or an idea on your community's discussion board, reply to others, and keep the board tidy.

Every community has a discussion board for longer conversations. Switch to the community to find it in the menu: under Channels as discussions when group chat is on, or as Discussions when it is off.
Post
- Open the board and choose New post at the top.
- In Start a discussion, write a Title and a Body. Markdown works.
- Choose Post.
Only members can post and comment.
Read and reply
- Sort posts with Hot, New or Top. With Top, pick a period under From: Today, This week, This month or All time.
- Upvote the posts you find useful.
- Open a post to write a comment and choose Comment, or answer someone with Reply. Type @ to mention someone.
- If a post or comment breaks the rules, choose Report and give a reason.
Moderate the board
Owners and admins can open a post's menu to Pin it, Lock it (no new comments) or Delete it. Reports wait in the moderator queue at the top of the board: choose Review, then Mark resolved or Dismiss for each one.
