Connect apps on the Apps page

The Apps page lists every app you and your companies can connect, from your own Slack and calendars to shared apps your agents use.

Open Apps from the bottom of the menu, just under Agents. Connect an app once and it works everywhere you need it.

What is on the page

  • Connected: every app already connected, yours first, then each company's.
  • Just for you: your own apps, like Slack, Discord, Telegram, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. They are linked to you and follow you to every startup, community and program.
  • A section named after your company (for example "For Acme"): apps shared with your company's team, like Notion, HubSpot, Canva, Attio, Affinity, Linear, Gamma, Higgsfield, Granola, Postiz, Carta, Stripe and PostHog. A startup also gets Stripe revenue here. Owners and admins connect these.

Use Search apps or the kinds (All, Messaging, CRM and sales, Docs and data, Projects, Marketing, Calendar, Finance) to find one. If you manage more than one company, the menu beside the search picks whose apps to show.

Connect a shared app for your company

  1. On the app's card, choose Connect. A panel opens and explains What it does and How to use it, with an example of what to ask.
  2. Choose the connect button in the panel (for example "Connect Notion") and sign in to the app. You come back to the Apps page.
  3. Under Agents that may use it, turn the switch on or off for each of your agents. Your teammates choose for their own agents.

Agents use the app as the person who connected it, and see what that person sees. Agents whose rule is Ask me wait for your OK before anything in the app changes. Tools lists what the app lets agents do; Read tools again refreshes the list.

What a card tells you

  • Ask an owner: you are a member of that company, so an owner or admin has to connect it.
  • Needs attention: the sign-in or key stopped working. Open the card and connect it again.
  • Not available yet: this app cannot be connected on StartupCorners yet.
  • Manage or View: the app is connected. Open it to see who connected it and which agents use it.
